General Rules

No Critical Infrastructure
You may not target government systems, hospitals, emergency services, educational institutions, financial systems, or any critical infrastructure under any circumstances.
Legal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for any illegal activities.
No Refunds
All purchases are final. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed. Make sure you understand our service before purchasing. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but make no guarantees. Downtime for maintenance or technical issues does not entitle you to refunds. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.
Account Security

- Interfering with ISP networks or backbone infrastructure
